I am a qualified Personal Trainer based in Hobart. I hold a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, as well as a Master Trainer qualification. I am also qualified as a Bootcamp and Outdoor Group Fitness Instructor and in TRX Suspension Training. After playing and coaching Rugby League for a number of years I decided to make a living out of what I love to do and completed my personal training courses with the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2010. My interest in sports and exercise stretches back to childhood, with Rugby League, swimming, tennis, weights training and, more recently, distance running.

I pride myself in helping my clients reach all their fitness goals large or small.The training I provide for my clients combines boxing, weights, cardiovascular, TRX, circuit and sprint. I can tailor a program for your specific needs whether it is to improve in your chosen sport, lose weight, tone up or develop all-round fitness. I cater for beginners through to advanced levels. Clients choose their ideal training location with options including parks, beaches, at home or in the gym in either one-on-one or group sessions.
It is just me and you. You will get a session tailored around your goals and abilities, with me by your side the whole time to monitor and motivate you. I like to put a lot of variety into my sessions so you will never do a session twice.
TRX suspension training is a great way to get a full body resistance and cardio workout using your own body weight.

FitCamp is a type of outdoor group exercise that mixes callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. FitCamp has become very popular over the last few years as it is a great way to get fast results from a low cost, efficient and challenging workout, whilst having the support of motivational trainers and a community of like-minded people. Exercises you are likely to encounter are push ups, sprints, squats, boxing, and burpees.
Lee's FitCamp is a fun, convenient and inexpensive way to get yourself into shape. You will not be shouted at or made to feel uncomfortable. It has been designed to allow you the flexibility of choosing from which sessions suit your schedule over the course of the bootcamp. Lee's FitCamp allows you to pick from 5 possible sessions per week. You can come along to all or a selection that suits your schedule.

The morning Lee's FitCamp sessions are held at the Domain in Hobart. Meet near the Cenotaph at the beginning of each session. The evening sessions are held at Lansdown Public School West Hobart. Meet on the baskeball courts.

You pay one up-front fee of $154 (there are no ongoing costs) for a 4-week bootcamp. In total there are 20 sessions available (5 per week) - three in the mornings and two in the evenings.
You choose how many and which sessions you attend. If you come to all 20 the cost per session is $7.70 per session.
It is recommended you attend at least three per week for the four weeks (cost per session: $12.84)
